Transcription: Before beginning CPR, make sure the victim's airway is open. Lift the chin by placing one hand on the forehead and one hand under the chin. Then look, listen, and feel for breathing. If the victim isn't breathing, give two slow breaths. Check the victim's pulse for five to ten seconds. If there is no pulse, begin chest compressions. First, expose the chest and find the breastbone. Put the heel of one hand on the breastbone and the other hand on top. Compress the chest 15 times.
